What you have said falls under the heading...COMMON SENSE. I do not eat meat

or dairy either. It does not work for me. Ice cream does not even look good

to me anymore. Under that same issue, would you tell someone that they

cannot have milk or ice cream because it is bad for YOU? I have never done

this, and I have never noticed you doing this. That is the whole underlying

problem with the diet issue.

Thanks for bring up a very good point.

Ok at the risk of opening up a bunch of discussion that may anger

some I wanted to say, that we all suffer from a variety of serious

health issues here. We can each speak on what works for us, or has

been helpful without getting personal or insulted by what another may

suggest.

I have been doing alot of reading about fibro and myofacial pain ,

arthritis, about IBS and in general about how the body works. No one

should ever do anything that may make their disorders worse. We all

know how our bodies react better than anyone else. So some of us

can't tolerate raw fruits and vegies, so maybe just adding more

cooked ones may be beneficial? There's no reason to get all personal

about any of this stuff.

I noticed I feel worse when I eat meats, but I also can not

tolerate dairy products. I have multiple allergies, and chemical

sensitivities which makes it hard for me to tolerate alot of stuff.

So I read everything I can find and I compare what I read to what I

know happens in my own case. Isn't that what we all do?

My reading sometimes terrifies me,( don't ask me what I found out

about milk....EWWWW) but I try to keep it all in perspective. I will

make my health decisions on what makes sense to me, I will read

everything, think it all out and never discount another persons

opinion. If we share information we can only become stronger. So

please keep talking and don't get upset it's not good for you!

Hugs... deb
