Guest guest
hi charity~ welcome to the group!! i'm sorry to hear that you have this dd though. what do you do for work? i am currently working as a park naturalist, but it's tough. i've been in the hospital twice in the past 2 months. i am seeing a FMS specialist who happens to be a chiopractor. i agree, they work the best. he has done wonders for me in the 3 short months that i've been with him. i highly recommend that everyone try it, although there are some who are too rough and hurtful i too think that i have many food allergies. i am on a strict diet. i can't hardly eat anything well, i wanted to say hi. i hope that you're doing well and keep in touch. love and hugs ali --- Charity ember_thunderwolf@...> wrote: > Hi Everyone, > > My name is Charity, I just joined the list today, > and > I thought I might as well fill out the questionaire > now or I will forget later. > > >Age range: > > 25 > > >Male/female: > > Female > > >What are the symptoms? > > * General aches and pains all over for several years > * Extreme pain in some areas off and on (mainly > around > trigger points) > * Always tired/no energy, often falling asleep > during > the day > * Muscle stiffness after period of rest > * TMJ > * Headaches off and on all day everyday > * Exercise of any kind make all symptoms worse > * 17 of 18 trigger points > > >Has you illness been diagnosed? > > Yes, this February I finally found a doctor who > didn't > just say, " Lose weight and exercize more and you'll > be > fine. Guest guest
Hi Ali, Thank you for the Welcome! I am a program consultant for a software company, long hours and travel and too much stress sometimes but I'm still handling it. One day at a time has become one moment at a time lately... I haven't been to the hospital yet, but I hate hospitals and although my girlfriend has suggested that it's time to go several times I'm just too stubborn. I just know that it will always get better on its own and what can they do for me there anyway? I had a flare up in Feb that was so bad I should have gone to the hospital but I went to my doctor and he gave me trigger point injections and that seemed to really help, but I don't really remember that 24-48 hour period... I have started seeing the Chiro since then and he has really helped me, but I just moved to a new insurance that does not cover chiro so I'm going to have to find a way to budget his visits into my spending. I'm getting close to another really bad flare up, in fact today I have had two episodes where I was in so much pain I just crumpled against a wall and tried to catch my breath because I suddenly couldn't breathe through the pain... I hate that. Well, thanks again for the welcome! I hope we can keep in touch too.
