Hello ,

Fresh juice is expensive. Eating fruits and veggies is not really all that

expensive because I have eliminated the expensive processed foods so it really

made no change in our cost. Where I live a garden outside of a greenhouse is

not possible. This summer alone we have had 3 freezes already that wiped out

any outside gardens.

To me the expense was worth it. It gave my husband his wife back, and it gave

my children their mom back. And most important....it gave me back to me:)

MickI agree with your diet strategy, but how much does it cost? I have a

picky husband and 2 sons. I know my youngest would not be pleased at

all with this. Anymore going to Mcs is cheaper than eating

right. This world is organized to kill us slowly! We do eat at home

often and I buy fresh fruit and vegetables to eat throughout the

week, but a total change seems impossible. I dont have room for a

garden.

Thank you so much:) I am here only to help others, I would never ever want to

hurt anyone. Especially those who suffer so much as those here. I share what I

know worked for me, and that is all.

veggy eater all her life and got some kind of bowel problem I think

from meds and she could not tolerate them. If she ate them she would

have diarhea with blood. I think I am going to try to cut out

caffeine and incorporate a diet change slowly as to not traumatize

the family. I will be needing advice from you!
