Pregnant and self-treating

I'm self treating and pregnant (still early - LMP 2/9).

I know my needs for thyroid will increase during pregnancy. I'm

already at 6 gr DT + 100 mcg T3 with little resolution of

constipation, weight gain (ha! I'm not even going to try to lose

now!), fatigue, dry skin, and a bit of residual brain fog.

I'm a little concerned that I won't be able to sort out pregnancy

symptoms from thyroid symptoms now, so I'm begging for some good

advice. My BBT had been running 98.2 the last 2 weeks (basically

since my last ovulation) so I'm discounting this as a good indicator

of thyroid function during pregnancy. My resting pulse rate is 72. I

don't know my respiration rate (have a hard time counting, keeping

time and breathing all at once). But I am still slightly short of

breath (have been since being hypo).

I've had two full-term pregnancies since developing Hashi's and don't

wish to repeat the experience. The first was when I was undiagnosed,

the second was when I was undertreated. Can anybody provide some

useful information regarding self treating during pregnancy?

Thanks
