Mick,

If you wouldn't mind too much would it be possible for you to maybe give me some

of the things you are eating in place of the processed foods and the white

flour? Is it just fruits, veggies, and meats? We are very much a pasta and

breads family and I don't know what I'd prepare without the starches. Do you

not eat bread at all for sandwiches or is whole grain bread OK. I've never been

much of a cook anyway and the thought of taking out some of our main ingredients

sounds daunting to say the least. I myself could live on fruits and veggies

alone but trust me when I say getting the rest of the family to join me is NOT

going to be easy.

I did call my library about Back to Eden and they are going to interlibrary loan

it for me and now The Food Pharmacy sounds interesting too...I'm sure they won't

have that one either...we need a better library in this town!

Re: From Mick's husband ... and another book title

Hello :)

Thank you so much for all your kind words:) I do feel so lucky to have my

husband. He was always there for me and I thank God that I have him. I will

check out the book you are reading right now. And please do check out " Back to

Eden " it is an excellent book. Right now I am reading a book called " The Food

Pharmacy " by Jean Carper. It shows all the scientific research that is being

done on the healing properties of fruits and veggies. It also has some

information on meats too in regards to their healing properties. I was

surprised by that research but found it very interesting.

I wish you the very best of luck, and any way that I can help you at all please

let me know:)

Peace and blessings,
