What it looks to me like, is that you are having all kinds of trouble

getting sleepy at night and are a night owl, basically, am I right? Your

cortisol is running high at night because your adrenals have worked their

buns off all day long just to try to attain " normal " , and by late at night,

they have finally made it, at the wrong time, of course. Then, in the

morning, you are all drug out because, it starts all over the next day, am I

right? You need cortisol, BUT, cortisol is not something I would ever

recommend for a person to take self treating, unless you really have a

concept of why you're doing what you're doing. More is not better with this

substance, and NEVER any more than 30 mgs of cortisol (hydrocortisone) to

supplement. I would say that, if you took a little bit during the day, the

sleep situation and stress might get better. What are your thyroid values,

with normal ranges, or have you been there yet? Do you have a doctor?
