Make haste to your nearest bookstore, where you'll find in the HEALTH section

(in & Noble, where I worked, that's how they're arranged, in other

stores, it could be different).

Within the health section is a FIBRO shelf - have a sit and read from the

NUMEROUS books about fibro, esp. the one written by Drs. Starlanyl & Copeland

for $19.95 - it's dark blue, workbook size.

After that, you will feel much more empowered about your diagnosis.
