The various stuff I've read on CFS suggest that you do nothing more on a good day than you can do on a bad day, but I don't know how you can really live like that. On my bad days, I'm laying on the couch all day watching tv. I refuse to spend my good days like that too. My suggestion would be to cut out everything that you can for a while. Not everything, but say if you're on a bowling team, stop that for a while and see if it makes a difference. If you're running 2 miles a day, cut back to one.
