Mine was only in for two weeks also. I’ve heard as long as six

months, but they usually clog up sooner than that.

My son had a series of stents (sometimes 2 at once) placed fairly frequently- I

think the longest one lasted for @ 3 months- he had then for almost 3 years with

many ERCPs.
