I wouldn't take adrenal supps *just* because of pain, but if the other symptoms are there too, that may explain the pain. -- prr Kerry klb58@...> wrote: Thanks ! Both of my shoulder joints are tender, but, I can move them and there is no redness or swelling. They have been this way for at least 6 weeks off and on.
