Well gosh, this makes the whole " no internet " thing seem not so bad. :-)

Goodness, you hang in there. The hubby & teenager ones make living through all

the rest worth it.

Also remember cortisol is an anti-inflammatory. If things are starting

to hurt, maybe it's because your adrenals are low. I wouldn't take

adrenal supps *just* because of pain, but if the other symptoms are

there too, that may explain the pain.
