Well gosh, this makes the whole " no internet " thing seem not so bad. :-)

Goodness, you hang in there. The hubby & teenager ones make living through all

the rest worth it.

Also remember cortisol is an anti-inflammatory. If things are starting

to hurt, maybe it's because your adrenals are low. I wouldn't take

adrenal supps *just* because of pain, but if the other symptoms are

there too, that may explain the pain.

I started a week on Isocort yesterday to help get me

sooo nauseated and feel crummy today, so am staying

home from work (not that I really mind, I would LOVE

to quit!) I just want to feel good again. Both of my

shoulder joints are tender, but, I can move them and

there is no redness or swelling. They have been this

way for at least 6 weeks off and on. Not sure if it's

a fibromyalgia thing or what. I wonder if it isn't my

Armour isn't optimized yet.
