Some days I've gone ahead and taken my nighttime 1/2 grain at that time..and that really helps. i usually leave off the nighttime dose if i do that...but then find I slump a bit in the morning. But i would try taking your nighttime dose (or at least 1/2 grain) around that time and see if that helps. cindi

Guest guest
>Also having been Hypo w/Hashi I don't know what Hyper symptoms would be and would appreciate some info. Well, I have Hashi's and am currently going thru a hyper swing. I was on 3 grains Armour, but started getting loose stools, diarrhea, weight loss (which isn't *all* bad!) and shortness of breath. I haven't taken any Armour for about a week now and things are finally starting to settle down. My digestive tract is normalizing and my breathing is getting better. Depending on how I feel, I'll probably start up again on the Armour in another week or so. This is the first time I've had a flare up - I have TPO antibodies and I've been hypo for 3 or 4 years now. Guest guest
>What happens to your digestive track when you have a flare up? >-- Everything speeds up! Food goes thru too fast, so I get loose frequent stools. My poor bottom was very sore! When I'm hypo, I get constipated and pass poor little rabbit pellets. Sorry if I grossed anyone out Laurie
