Guest guest
, Hi. It's nice to meet/re-meet you. It sounds like your daughter is going through a rough time and that you're a great support system for her. Since you said you've been off the site for a bit, I just wanted to make sure you were aware of another possible avenue of support for Suzanne. Are you aware that we now have a PSC Partners Facebook site geared towards PSCers in their 20s/30s and around those ages? If Suzanne would like to join us, please let her know she is more than welcome. It is much like this site in that it offers support, connection, and a place to ask questions and get answers. If Suzanne's interested, she would just need to go to Facebook and set up a free account. Then she would just search PSC Partners Seeking a Cure and our Group would pop right up. She could also contact me (Sandi Pearlman) if she needed help getting to the link. I hope that the stents help her a bit and that you are on your way to happier times! Guest guest
Sandi, Thank you for this information. I forwarded the email to Suzanne. She already has a facebook account so I am hoping that she does decide to “add you as a friend”. I have always hoped she would become interested in hearing more from people with PSC, perhaps this is a good way for her to do that. Thank you again, LINDA (Mom of Suzanne, 19, UC / PSC 2004, j-pouch 2007) I just wanted to make sure you were aware of another possible avenue of support for Suzanne.
