Hey everybody...I am embarassed to say this, but I need help from

anyone that had costipation? Hmmm, been suffering for five days now,

did everything (good fats, fiber, acidophilus) and tried exercising my

stomach too...Nothing helped...Since I was three months old, my nanny

said I had constipation already. So am I born with constipation? If so

what should I do? Thanks guys.
