Kate and all who are taking MSM and find it bitter-

The little scoop in my MSM is about 1/4t, I think. That much in 6 or 8 oz of

water is not detectible. At least not to my family when I give it to them that

way. Personally I can put a teaspoon in a couple of ounces, chug it, and drink

another 6 or 8 ounces to wash it down, no problem.

If you hate the bitter taste you might try the diluted method.

another try. How much you took. I remember I could see a big difference in my

fingernails which are falling apart again since I stopped.
