On the very top tool bar of outlett express, click on Tools. In the drop

down menu, click on Message Rules, then click on Mail. The next thing that

comes up is the Message Rules box. Click on New. Now a New Mail Rule box

comes up. Highlight the line " Where the Subject line contains specific

words " and click the box to the left of it so an X appears. Go down a

little to 3, rule description. Click on the blue underlined words " contains

specific words " . This takes you to a new box Type Specific Words. Type out

Natural_Thyroid_Hormones. Click Add on the right side, click OK on the

bottom. You've just specified the criteria for which messages get moved

into a folder.

This brings you back to the New Mail Rule box. At 2, click on " Move it to

the specific folder " and click on the box to the left of it. At 3, click on

the blue underlined words " specified " . In the next box that comes up, click

on New Folder on the right side. Type out Natural_Thyroid_Hormones, click

OK. Click OK at the right side of the next box/ You've just named the

folder that you want any message with Natural_Thyroid_Hormones in the

subject line moved into.

New Mail Rule box comes up again. At 4, name your new rule

Natural_Thyroid_Hormone. Click OK, click OK at the next box. You've just

named the rule that you're applying.

If you've done the procedure correctly, any incoming

Natural_Thyroid_Hormones will be moved into their own folder. If you have

existing messages you want moved into the folder, you must click on APPLY

NOW in the Message Rules box to move them over.

To chose whether the most current messages are on the top or the bottom, go

into View on the Outlook Express tool bar. Click on Sort By. Click on Date

Received, then click on either ascending or descending.
