I'm still not sure if I'm on enough or if it is because I'm forgetting my second dose a lot of time. Also I just started progestrone cream 4 days ago. I think that seems to be helping me. Yes, I'm taking 2 grains in the morning and 2 at night. My thought to take Armour at 6pm was to space out the dose so my body would have a more level of hormone in my body. Am I incorrect in my thinking? Is it more important to have more in your body during the waking hours than 24 hours a day? As far as my free T3 my new doc has never tested them. In July my test results were. Free T3 34.9 Free T4 1.10 Thyroid Antibodies = less than 75. That is the only blood work I was tested for. My new doctor goes mainly by temp and symptoms. My temp under my arm is 94.4-94.7 degrees. The nuclear test and my MRI showed 2 small nodes and an enlarged thyroid. A friend suggested I go buy a digital watch with a timer so I did. So that will help me remember the second dose. Do you guys think I should move my second dose up to 1-2pm? Or should I split my second dose and take 1 grain around 1-2pm and 1 grain around 6-7? If I can remember to take it 3 times a day! Thanks for all the help. It is good to know that my memory will imporve in time. > Hi !! > > Am I reading correctly that you are taking 2 grains in the morning, > and another 2 grains at 6 pm? > > And how long have you been on this 4 grains daily? > > Where does it put your free T3? > > Is it possible that you are still not on your optimal dose? > > Can you borrow someone else's memory, and ask them to call you at > 1pm to take the second dose? 6 pm is awfully late to be taking it. > > Yes, my memory improved a little.
