If you have your own computer, you might consider getting individual emails

instead of going to the Natural Thyroid Hormone yahoo web site. I have

folders set up in Outlook Express for each of my yahoo groups, and I set up

message rules so that each email gets sorted automatically into the proper

folder. I can choose whether messages are sorted into ascending or

descending order. I find it much easier then reading messages on the yahoo

site. Of course, if you have to use a public computer, you're probably

stuck with the yahoo web site.
