If you have replaced the liver and bile ducts, then you no longer have this condition by definition. Now the underlying cause is (might) still be there - the suspected auto-immune disorder, which will (could) begin to go to work on the new liver. Maybe when the disease and mechanics of the disease are understood better, the name will change and describe this mechanism instead of it's outward effect!
