Guest guest
I have fibro too. Contact the arthritis foundation in your area. They will send you information on warm water exercise programs in your area. Those classes don't cost hardly anything. Also, try and find a T'ai Chi class. No impact, but you move around. I walk the dog at twilight every day. It's hot here too. I think we're close to each other...you're orange county if I remember right...I'm san diego. You can do this...you just have to decide that you are going to even when it hurts. Sometimes when I'm done walking the dog, I have to sit in my chair the rest of the night and I hobble around the house. That's okay, because it does get easier. I firmly believe that if we don't move we die. I have a lot more energy now that I walk the dog every single week day. Look at it this way...what you are doing now isn't working for you, so try something else. You can do it!!!!! > Your right , I should try to move around more.
