Take care and be > well! > Hugs, Lynne Lynne, Thanks for the FYI. The other thing I should have mentioned is I'm very picky about the purity and quality of my vitamins and supplements. What's the point of buying them if your body won't asborb them, due to the way they were processed, or because of dyes or other additives? I only buy GNC and a couple of other brands. It's the same thing with drugs sometimes. If you've ever noticed that a generic is less effective than a name brand, but it has all the same ingredients, it's because of the way it was compounded. As for that doctor leaning over and whispering to you that fibro is fatal, don't you believe him for a second!!! What an underhanded, nasty thing to do to you! First of all, if he was sincere, why did he whisper that to you? That's not professional behavior at all. Second of all, why give you the name of a book when he can't remember the author? Did you know that doctors tend to consider women hypochondriacs? That a man is 9 times out of 10 more likely to be tested if he goes in complaining of chest pains than if a woman did? doctors don't take women seriously, I'm sorry to say, and I think your doctor was having some sort of twisted fun with you. I would get mad about this, and I would get other doctors' written opinions on fibro NOT causing death, and then I would sue the pants off this doctor(and I don't believe in lawsuits!). What he did was unconscionable! He should be in practice with the doctor who told that suffering is good for you spiritually! What is wrong with these doctors!!?? By the way, if it turns out that there is a book by that name, and that your doctor was being sincere, I will humbly apologize to you, and your doctor, and anyone else who asks for one. But I still won't believe fibro is fatal. Take care Lynne,
