Guest guest
My suggestion would be to take your temp before you get out of bed and do any moving. LOL if you can wait!!! And then to do it every three hours for three more times throughout the day and you will have a good range of temps to give you a real good idea of what is going on. asks the you take your temp 3 hours after arising and then two more times three hours apart. These temps are to be taken at precisely the same time per day. I have all of his literature, including the literature for an interested doctor. He has joined up with a physician who has studied herbal remedies and so you can treat yourself that way, but the prescription he gives out is for a timed release T3 that you can only get from compounding pharmacies. Where the problem comes in there . . . sometimes they are not good at mixing the ingredients. He has one pharmacy that he talks about and trusts to mix properly that will mail order the prescription to you. If you are not getting good results with the pharmacy in your area, then you might chose to go to this one that has a good track record. BUT . . . since finding this list I would be more confident in taking Armour as I feel like nourishes like, and a balanced input should mean a balanced output! I have tried some of the herbals. The Healthy Foundation liguid herbal preparation seems to be good, but it alone didn't do much for thyroid symptoms. I don't believe it was meant too. We still have some Thyrocare left, and since we didn't follow the recommendations to a T I cannot say yea or nay about it.
