Guest guest
Sue, when you wake up in the morning, right before you are going to rise, take your temp with a mercury thermometer. You are looking for a temp about 97.8 to 98.2. Avoid this test around ovulation, or when you know your temp is higher due to female hormones. And as far as evidence, tell him that you are a member of a large group where Armour has turned the lives around of these members tenfold. Also check out the FILES section. Guest guest
What if it's consistently below 97.8 - this is a 'good' sign of being hypot? > > Sue, when you wake up in the morning, right before you are going to > rise, take your temp with a mercury thermometer. If you're post menopausal you can take it anytime. Nat

Yes, it's a good sign - especially when you take your temp from day 3 to day 9 of your cycle. If you are post menopausal then any time is fine. Guest guest
Very possible. Even though the ear thermometers are considered the least accurate, my ear thermometer and my 2 different oral digitals only disagree by a half-degree or so. I run in the 95.5-96.5 range all the time, with brief excursions into the 94's, so this is probably a pretty accurate temp for you. Welcome to Hypoville! :-) -- prr " Robin " zami9@...> This morning when I took my temp it was in the 96 area.. is that possible? Does anyone use an ear digital thermomitor? thanks, Robin

Checked my pulse to make sure I was still alive. No wonder my hands are so cold.... sue
Guest guest
Yes, it sure is, unfortunately. I've had in the 95's during the day...since being on Armour, it usually runs somewhere in the 97's, with occasional excursions back into the 96's. I need to up my dose a bit but my ferritin is still quite low and I have difficulties with that. I use a glass oral thermometer. , Wisconsin Re: temperature taking This morning when I took my temp it was in the 96 area.. is that possible?
