Guest guest
Hi I have been to a specialist to see about my cfs(sick 5 yrs). He has put me on sleeping tablets that I am only allowed to them take three nights a week. I feel much better on the days after I have taken them. I want to know if anyone is on sleeping tablets you can safley take every night of the week? Also I read that there is no real evidence that sleeping tablets really help that much in cfs sufferers so should I be looking at wether I have a sleep dissorder instead? I wanted to do some home work get some info from people who have been there and done that before I discuss it with my gp. Any help will be appreciated! Guest guest
I ditto that on the Trazadone. It's a great drug, that you can take every night. You have to take it early enough in the evening though so as not to be hung over in the morning. Many doctors perscribe Trazadone for sleep to people with fibro, because it doesn't just get you to sleep, but it keeps you asleep. I use it myself. I have ambien too, but this definitely works better at keeping me asleep. > > Hi > > I have been to a specialist to see about my cfs(sick > > 5 yrs).
