Guest guest
Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone has used the mattress pad advertised for FM people. It is called Cuddle Ewe and it is made from wool. However, it is really expensive. I am so desparate that I thought I might try it and was wondering if anyone had any experiences with it? Guest guest
Sis, I saw a paid program the other night for something called aero mattress pad, which was just that, a mattress pad, you adjusted with air. It had a pump that sat under your bed and then you have a control to control the firmness or softness as you need it. They said people who have pillow top mattresses (like you) can use it too. Have you heard of it? I was wondering if the wool would be hot? It was around $125. Love, Your Sis (Donna) JungFun99@... wrote: > Hi everyone. I have a friend who has an air mattress that she can adjust to different levels, I don't know what brand or how much she paid for it. I slept on it when I went to visit her and thought it was comfortable, but I like firm surfaces which is where she had it. I also didn't have fibro like I do now, so can't give you how well I like it with also having fibro. Try checking around and seeing if any or your friends have one that you could try out to see how you like the various levels of firmness. They probably would be willing to have you come check it out for a little bit or maybe, if they're close enough, all night. I checked on the cuddle ewe mattress pad more out of curiosity than anything else. They said it has to breath so you can't put it inside a mattress cover if you have an allergy to dust mites. Also, if I remember correctly, you can't just throw it in the washer since it's wool. To me it sounded like more of a pain than a help, but I have seen people who swear by it. I have to keep things dusted and bedding clean because of allergies and asthma! So maybe this would not work for me. Peace and hugs
