Guest guest
Allicia, Autism is one of those invisible disorders that affect each child very differently. No two will be exactly alike. Some kids will be verbal and others will not. There are so many varying degrees of impairment and problems. Most autistic children will have sensitivities to some degree or another, whether it's to sounds or other senses (taste, smell, touch). If you would like any specific information I would be more than happy to try to answer any questions you might have. You can email me at Mommy@... anytime There are also a LOT of websites that have TONS of information...I could look some of them up for you if you want to surf the net Jen Re: autism...Jen In a message dated 08/09/2002 8:33:05 PM US Eastern Standard Time, parrot004@... writes: > sound sensitivity My cousin's little boy is autistic....and we are finding out so much about this disorder.
