Truer words were never spoken. It took me

a long time to learn that having a written document for the nurses/doctors to

use to take my history not only made the process faster, but more accurate.

If you have a sheet saying wath medications you are on and what medical

conditions you have it should make thing easlier for you when/if you go to an

ER. If you have it typed up you won't have to spell it out for them and they

can access infomation on the disease on the internet.
