Well, I am new here so I figured I would introduce myself. I am

18 at the moment and my name is . I am engaged to a wonderful

man that tries to help me any way possible.

Some of my interest and things I enjoy are reading, music, art,

animals, body modification, video games, movies and probably some

other stuff that I forgot to mention. ;D

I was 'officially' diagnosed with fibro and CFS when I was about

twelve years old. Ever since I can remember I complained of my

muscles hurting and was told by doctor after doctor that it

was 'growing pains'.

Both my mother and aunt have also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia

and CFS.

For the past few monthes my symptoms have been getting much worse.

I cannot attend school, I haven't been able to retain information,

and if I don't have any pain medication I can't do simple things such

as clean. Two of my favorite activities are drawing and reading both

of which I haven't been able to do. Blah! :)

My symptoms: Fatigue, tenderness, sleep problems, fibro fog,

severe pain, memory loss, sensitivity to noise and smells, irritable

bowl syndrome, stiffness, dizziness, over heating, migraines, muscle

twitches, sensitivity to the cold, depression, dropping things, cold

feet and hands, mood swings, numbness, and I think that's it.

Well, I can't think of much else to say, other than I am happy to

find an active message board about this.
