Are many of you working on your own trigger points? Have you ever

wondered how we stood a chance if doctors who have this don't get better

and they have more resources? I just can't get mine under control this

spring.

I refuse to stop trying and since I'm limited physically I put some pages

together for my fibro students but thought you all would like to know

about a book on self help for trigger points.

I listed it for massage therapists too as they can be very helpful in

releasing trigger points we can't reach. I am a nurse and massage

therapist challenged by trigger points so I teach...and try to cope like

you all do.

here's a page with the book, see if you find it in your library

http://www.anaturalplace.com/massage.htm

I found it helpful to take to appointments, bought one for my therapist

and even took the seminar from the author. If you find it for a better

price I'l be glad to post it for people to reference. My goal is to put

things on the page that help REAL people. Not some company line. I've

come across some very helpful things but wasted money on others.

The more we work our trigger points, the quicker those areas will

improve. The tools are helpful too, the theracane, large ball etc

Getting more oxygen to the area is what the massage or trigger work does.

Drinking enough WATER flushes out the toxins we are loaded with. I hope

this helps, its hard when you have too many points to work in a day!

thanks so much for your support, people think because I teach that I know

all the answers so I'm glad to have a place to be me and learn from you

too.

Blessings,

Marie
