Guest guest
Alyce, This is what I would do, and it is JUST an opinion. 1) I would get some good ORAGANIC coffee so you are not getting a bunch of chemicals added to the soup. They have nice espressos and everything available in organic. 2) If you put sugar in it, switch to STEVIA. Less aggravation on the adrenals DO this for awhile. 3) Then start cutting it by a third and then a half or so, with a good ORGANIC DECAF to lower the ammont of cafeine you are getting gradually. (I think the super fine grind goes much further and I am cheap! I let it brew in a pot and then strain it by hand) DECAF ESPRESSO tastes good!!! The idea is to get rid of the extra chemicals which may be adding to the addiction chain, and then slowly weaning off the caffeine to something which is much healthier but does not leave you eventually feeling deprived. Just me two bits worth, ~Inga > I have to admit I also drink coffee like there's no tomorrow... and I can > drink a pot and go right to sleep. Guest guest
FWIW, I just went from half-caf to full unleaded. For a good week, it was smooth sailing, but today I have been hit with the absolute worst snarky mood swing that I've felt in months. It makes PMS look like a walk in the park. I'm better now than this morning, this morning was vehicular homicide waiting to happen. Hopefully, I'm over the worst of it. Cheers, Friday > Alyce, > This is what I would do, and it is JUST an opinion. > > 1) I would get some good ORAGANIC coffee so you are not getting a bunch of > chemicals added to the soup.
