Yet my goal is to train my self to eat healthier with my Uc and (new)PSC. I am planning on taking reg. daily VIT. may even try fish oil & Priobiotics; But besides organics. Is ther stuff that should be totally off limits besides the odvious. Is ther somthing that I should eat more of?? Any info would be great. Thanks in Seattle Love to all and a happy New Year!
