Finally able to exercise and guess what

My arch collapsed. I was going good, been feeling well for a month!!

Out walking, properly outfitted footwear ofcourse and CRUNCH. I swore

something sharp went through my shoe, ankle rolled and sent me

flying. And it had to be at the farthest point in my walk. Good news

is if I stay off it and get a special arch support($200 I didn't

have) it will heal. Bad news is my house has 3 levels and I also have

a 3 year old monster and a dog. My daughter isn't complaining, now

she has someone to slide down the stairs on their bum with her.

Has anyone else had an arch collapse? Do they heal quickly and any

ideas short of crutches would be appreciated.
