You might want to take a detailed list of everything in that rice bowl

and keep it handy in case anything like this ever happens again. Then

you might be able to cross link between the problems and figure out

exactly which ingredient is the one giving you a problem so you can

avoid it in the future. Must have felt pretty scary at the time! Glad

you didn't have to go to the ER.
