I have both of these problems myself. It maybe trigger

points but with the pain shooting down your left back

side (which i have too) may also be Sciatica nerve or

trigger points. It explains some of these pains in the

book Fibromyalgia & Chronic Myofascial Pain. One of

the author's is a doctor who has it and is up on the

latest treatments. It's really great..helps you make

since out of the majority of the problems that you're

going through with Fibro..

Hope that helps with your questions..

Take Care,

Ok, here is an odd pain I have occassionally, and I

was wondering if

anyone else experienced this. It has been annoying me

a lot lately.

Sometimes I have a couple days where I feel I have

sprained or

injured one of my ankles and I honestly have to limp a

bit. Thing

is, I know I have not injured it unless I did

something really

heinous in my sleep ;-) It usually goes away after a

couple days.

Another pain that has come on recently concerns me

more, although my

rheumie seems to think it's nerve stuff and subjected

me to numerous

x-rays today. I have woken up the past two mornings

with pain

shooting from my side to my knee. It can burn through

my hip, down

my backside, and sometimes shoot into one toe, oddly

enough.

Tonight, it's bothering me because the pain seems to

be residing in

the groin area and even in my private area (sorry, shy

language lol)

but only on the left side where my shooting pain has

been. The pain

worsens when I put weight on/touch my left knee or

thigh.

Any thoughts? thanks.

Shandi
