Guest guest
Hi , Not at all – I’m on Advocare vitamins and if I don’t take them I really notice a lack of energy and mental focus. My hep dr said, “that’s great.” And the nutritionist said that my blood work looked really good for a PSCr. Guest guest
Anita, can you recommend a good Advocare vitamin for my daughter? Her energy level and mental focus could use a boost as well! Our doctor said that her panels didn't show any deficiencies but we're for whatever works. Thank you!To: Sent: Friday, January 23, 2009 6:26:52 PMSubject: RE: Re: Severe hepatotoxicity following HerbalifeR supplements Hi , Not at all – I’m on Advocare vitamins and if I don’t take them I really notice a lack of energy and mental focus. Guest guest
How old is she? Coreplex chewables are good for kids who don’t take pills well Coreplex are the regular multivitamins Coreplex with iron if she’s menstruating already Probiotic Restore might be good if she tends to be constipated or has UC too. I use the Max 3 system, which includes coreplex, probiotics, omega 3, calcium, etc. But that’s really intended for adults – the dosages are more than a child would need. The product line is at www.advocare.com – and I’d suggest signing up as a distributor just to buy your own stuff at a 20% discount if the products help her. No need to pay more than you have to.
