Hi ,

Not at all – I’m on Advocare vitamins and if I don’t take them I

really notice a lack of energy and mental focus.

My hep dr said, “that’s great.” And the nutritionist said that

my blood work looked really good for a PSCr.

How old is she?

Coreplex chewables are good for kids who don’t take pills

well

Coreplex are the regular multivitamins

Coreplex with iron if she’s menstruating already

Probiotic Restore might be good if she tends to be constipated

or has UC too.

I use the Max 3 system, which includes coreplex, probiotics,

omega 3, calcium, etc. But that’s really intended for adults – the dosages

are more than a child would need.
