Guest guest
Hi... I was wondering if anyone had been diagnosed with OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) since being diagnosed with Fibro? I was shocked when some of my specialists " stated that I had it. Guest guest
, I've not been diagnosed with OCD but there are some things I am obsessed with, but they're strange and not what I think falls under OCD. I never thought it might be related. Maybe it's not OCD, maybe I'm just a perfectionist on some things but not on many others? Guest guest
Donna I can only come up with 2 things I do that might be OCD, like my food not touching on my plate (which my husband & his family like picking at me about) and wrapping TP around my fingers 3 times before use. I'm beginning to think that a lot of things people do/use to cope with the problems of FMS/CFS, that certain doctors might think they are OCD. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has to write things down or I'll forget or making sure something is always in a spot where you wouldn't always forget where it is. Oh well.... -- Re: Side Effect , I've not been diagnosed with OCD but there are some things I am obsessed with, but they're strange and not what I think falls under OCD. Guest guest
--The food not touching I dont think would be ocd, but the toilet paper wrapping could be. If those are the only 2 things you can think of then I serously doubt you are ocd. - In @y..., " " wrote: > Donna > > I can only come up with 2 things I do that might be OCD, like my food not > touching on my plate (which my husband & his family like picking at me > about) and wrapping TP around my fingers 3 times before use.
