Guest guest
How do doctors go about diagnosing Fibromyalgia and CFS? How are these disorders treated? What is most commomly prescribed? What kind of doctor usually make the diagnosis? Thanks
Guest guest
In my experience, doctors diagnose Fibro through elimination. That means they do tests - CBC, MRI, X-rays, etc.- to rule out any other cause. Plus they do the trigger point test. I actually had one doctor get out his textbook (he was being consulted to confirm my regular doctor's diagnosis)and go point by point. > How do doctors go about diagnosing Fibromyalgia and CFS? > How are these disorders treated?
