It usually take 28 days to start or stop a habit...you are WELL on

your way and you have broken your addiction of being mentally abused.

You are doing great. Keep up the great job. Where are you meeting your

family? You said the coast so I was wondering maybe I could meet you

face to face. You take care and be strong...you have your Lupie Family

behind you.
