7 months with no FMS/CFS symptoms!!

I am new here....so first and foremost a big Hello to all:) I would

like to share with all of you what has happened in the last 7

months.

I was diagnosed with FMS/CFS almost 7 years ago. I was told by the

doctors that it would not progress (it did). At first I could still

function but within just 2 years of being diagnosed I became

completely disabled. The pain was horrifying. The brain fog so bad

at times that I could not remember the names of my own children. I

had no life outside of being consumed by these illnesses. I walked

with a cane on my good days. Which got further and further apart.

Eventually my liver and kidneys began to fail and believe that it was

only a matter of time before my body would just give up.

7 months ago while at the library I came acrossed a book called " Back

to Eden " by Jethro Kloss. At first I got it because I thought it was

a gardening book. Being an avid gardner before I became ill, I would

read when I could, on gardening. As I read this book I was amazed.

After reading this book I began to put it all to practice.

First I did what is called an " elimination diet " or cleansing diet.

I ate only fruit and drank fresh fruit juice for 3 days. By the 3rd

day I was walking without my cane or any support. Then I switched to

fresh fruit and veggies only. Within a week I was walking a mile

everyday. I stayed faithful to my diet for the first 2 months.

Excercised daily. Drank a ton of water. And regardless of the

weather I went outside for at least 20 minutes everyday.

Within 2 months I had absolutely no symptoms. NO SYMPTOMS!!! Now I

exercise almost an hour everyday. I do things I never ever thought I

would do again:)

I wanted to share this with you all in hopes that you would get this

book and do all that is in it. It really really works!!! No one

needs to suffer from these horrible illnesses:) And there is most

definately a cure!!!

Hey I have that book, maybe I will read it again I got it from my brother-in-law

after he died 2 years ago, I didn't think it would be worth the trouble, now I

will see. Thanks Audie
