spasms & burning feet

I have those spasms, and have not found anything that helps, but have only

tried skelexin.....i'm worried that the police will pull me over for drunk

driving-as I have chronic migraines also-which doesn't help....and I can

tell him, i'm not drunk I have FMS?

I don't have burning feet, I have burning hands! And I cannot put ANY

pressure on them...and also find relief by blowing cold air/fan over

them...and often ask my husband if my hands 'look OK' because they feel

swollen and twisted...I have to switch hands on the steering wheel about

every 3 sec. Feels like a burning type pain, similar to when you hit your

thumb with a hammer? It especially bothers me when i'm trying to sleep, I

have to put a pillow over the top part of my hand and lay my hands palms up

on top of the pillow to take ALL pressure off of them, and I drop things

constantly, and cannot open a bag...the doctor suggested physical therapy

for hand strengthening exercises...my husband laughed and said 'does she

know what you do?' (I spin and knit alot, and exercise as much as I can

when i'm up to it..and I told her I can do my own hand strengthening

exercises, thanks but no thanks.) I've often thought that my hand problems

may be due to my working outside in the cold weather with water (I have

animals to care for) and getting them frostbit one too many times--as it

feels just about like when your hands get numb from cold and are warming up

and burn and tingle--does this sound familiar to any of you? I was on

neurontin up to 900 mg and had to many side effects and no relief, so I had

to stop it.
