Hurricane Charley

Hi

I am in Orlando. We are already spawning tornadoes here and the skies

are dark. I thought of the Bonnie and Clyde thing yesterday, too, and

my mom reminded me that they were killers. We don't want to insinuate

that for sure! As for Charley, my mother had a new roof put on while

I was there taking care of her after her accident. I told her then

that we would get a direct hit this year because of it! I hope your

clean house works in your favor, but usually that is all it takes to

bring on the 'fun'!

We are as ready as we can be, but we are not looking forward to

hearing it tonight. My family on the beach is in the process of

evacuation and they have told me via cell phone that it's a total

mess. No one was prepared for this over there.

I asked if those idiot surfers were out there like always..or the

perverbial fools in the pools from up north during storms, but they

said the beach patrol ran them all off hours ago. It's a good thing

as they are truly too dumb to realize what those monster waves could

do. I know many who have surfed the tropical storm waves, but not a

category 3-4 hurricane.

Please just continue to pray for us all. I am sure most will be safe,

but I do worry about the damage it will bring. I also worry about the

people on the coast who are being forced out in such short time. Many

are having to leave behind animals. I know most will be fine in the

houses overnight with food and water, but I would die if I had to

leave my dog. I hope God will be with all of us, animals included..

wild and domestic.

I will check in first chance I can after it's over.

Take care,

Sunny

out like Bonnie did yesterday. Be safe and give a shout when you can.

with Bonnie. Though Cat is happy right now, somewhere in my mind I

decided that if I clean the house the hurricane won't get us, even a

hurricane knows better than to mess up a freshly cleaned house. So

now I sit in a spotless house waiting to prove the theory.

Kimi, I'm sorry to hear you lost your roof, but I'm happy you're

safe. We still don't have power. I'm working the phone lines at

work. Alot of people out there needing help. Take care, Cindi--- In
