Guest guest
Attitude has a lot to do with how you feel. When you go to bed at night and think, " I am going to feel lousy tomorrow because I did today. " I guarantee you, you will. Trying thinking, " Tomorrow is going to be a better day because I will make it be. " My poor me attitude lasted 2 years and since I started a more positive attitude I feel a lot better. Life is what you make it, Fibro or not! We all know society doesn't believe we are sick because they can't see anything and this adds to our depression. Do people really NEED to know we are sick? I have all the same symptoms as you all and life gets pretty bad health wise but no amount of pity makes me feel better. This is not geared at one individuals but a little 'happy' and positive news once in awhile would be nice also. I get so depressed when I read the posts and people saying well you must feel as bad as I do or you would be this way too. THAT is not true, it is all about attitude. Try smiling, try sharing good news, trying being nice to the rest of the group. Sometimes I feel like there is competition to see who feels worse is has it worse than someone else. I thought this group was to support, not to see who really is the sickest one here. Geez......
