Your paragraph above caught my eye. When I was on T4-only meds, and

when I would try to anything physical, the result would be an

unending pounding heartrate and progressive afternoon and evening

fatigue, with SEVERE night sweats.

Getting on Armour stopped it all completely. I felt like it was a

miracle. But........I was also struck by your mention of the extra

adrenal support. A few years ago, I climbed a long steadily steep

hill to reach Delicate Arch near Moab, Utah. I was on my current

dose and doing great. It took me longer than others to reach the top

because I have MVP, and had to stop repeatedly to catch my breath.

But I made it, and going down was a breeze. LOL.

But the next day, I was moderately wiped out. Not the extreme

deathbed fatigue I would have had when I was on T4-only meds. But

enough of a feeling of being flattened to wonder. If I am on an

optimal amount of Armour, why didn't I recover better than I did?

Why didn't I feel as fine as everyone else? Granted, they had sore

muscles, but they didn't have the flat wiped out feeling I had.

So I wondered...if I ever do something that physical again (owning a

store has prevented it most of the time--LOL), would I need to add

more Armour, or would I need to add more adrenal support, even

though I have never needed the latter? What are your thoughts on

this?? (I have also wondered if it was simply the after effect of

the MVP--that valve was VERY stressed by the climb...as was my

oxygen capabilities.)
