Re: Ferritin (nothing helpful, just a gripe)

Low ferritin is a PITA. I was on a carb-controlled diet before I was

diagnosed. Plenty of protein, plenty of red meat and veggie sources

too, and my ferritin was under 25. (18? 23? can't remember...)

Green Peppers and liver....Yum. E. They're not just for breakfast

anymore! NOT! LOL Seriously, tho, I'll retest ferritin on my

labs this week. I've been taking a supplement and I'll reevaluate

after I see the level.
