Some people believe that all the chemicals in our soaps, detergents, shampoo's, household cleaners, etc, the hormones and preservatives in our foods, cause many of the disease's/syndromes that people have these day's. With all these things going into our systems, it's no wonder why everything is going haywire. I would like to hear everyone else's opinions on this. My opinion is that we really don't know if all of these things are hurting us. There have been so many things that we have been told that are not good for us to find out a few years later, that it was all wrong, that what we had been told was wrong is now all right. I do believe that mold can cause you to be ill but I really don't believe that we need to worry all that much about everything that we use. I am doing what I did before, using what I used before and I feel that they are not dangerous to me. I think that there is to much emphasis put on these products that people are over reacting to their use. I don't blame my fibro on any of these products nor do I feel that the use of them will be harmful to me and make my fibro worse. As for the supplements, the oils and such, if people believe they help or if they do help, that is fine for them. I am not going to spend my time hunting for a supplement or an oil or anything of that nature that might help me. I don't think that all of them work. They are not for me. I don't think that they work and therefore I am not going to take them. Others feel differently as is their right. This is my opinion only.
