Prayers For My Good Friend

I have a very good friend that is having a quadruple bypass in the morning.

i have know and loved him and his deceased for almost 25 years. He is

married again to another of by good friends and I am going to the hospital in

the morning so that she will have someone that cares with her.

I would appreciate you putting Ray in your prayers because this is a pretty

dicey operation for him. He went in with Angina and that is not good when

going into surgery. My heartfelt thanks to all who think of him and pray for

him.

anyone by sending it here instead of to the prayer circle it was meant to go

My friend is doing fine. It was a triple bypass and when I left this

evening, he was doing just great. I told his wife that she was the perfect

house guest. I haven't had to feed her, she is never around as she is

staying and sleeping at the hospital until he is out of ICU. I sent a pillow

and blanket over and she came by the house for a shower and a change of

clothes.

today. I could not go today to the hospital because staying all day

yesterday really got the pain started but I am going tomorrow. Patty, his

wife, said that I did not need to come and to stay with here but as I told

her, it was where I wanted to be. You don't do things that are important to

you because it might cause pain. Duff and I stayed all day until he came

back from surgery. Duff went back last night.

Duff went over today so Patty could come home and take a shower and change

clothes. He has not come home yet and it worries me a bit as it has been a

long time.

He was supposed to have his breathing tube taken out and that has not been

done. He was also supposed to be sitting on the edge of the bed and later in

the chair that they have for cardiac patients and that has not been done

either. They gave him his regular blood pressure medication and it lowered

his blood pressure into what I think put him into shock. Also they were

going to put him in an intermediate room today and he is still in ICU so you

can see why I am worried.

So all prayers are welcome.

Do you know why this hasn't been done yet?? Other than his BP meds???

I hope he gets better....it will deffinately take sometime, but I'm sure he

will come out just fine..God BLess

I would love to take the credit for it, but I don't know this person

its Irene's friend...and he would need the prayers more than most of mine

do...lol granted 3/4 of them probably need prayers, but not life and death

I will say a prayer your friend. I hope he starts getting better and they start

doing the things they are suppose to with him. You are special lady to be there

for him and his wife. His wife will always remember you for helping and

supporting her. Hope it all turns out! Thinking of you and your friends!!
