I think also when you're in the thrall of Graves your emotional state

isn't one where you're well suited to carefully weighing out the

ramificiations. At least mine sure wasn't! Maybe if someone older

and wiser had sat down with me and explained to me what I'd be up

against 20 years later I would have reconsidered...

But I couldn't tolerate the taste of PTU. It made me sick to taste

it, I even stuffed it into gelatin capsules so I wouldn't have to

taste it directly, and I inhaled bits of it while I was stuffing it in

and tasted it off that. Foul, foul, foul! And that was the only drug

available at the time. What sadist decided not to put a coating on

that medicine?

Oh well, hopefully thing will improve now.
