Guest guest
Hello Good for you!!! I am so glad to see someone else making the changes:) Anyway I can help you at all I sure will!! Peace and blessings to you always and forever, Mick PS I think that is great idea in regards to keeping all the nutritional info in one place for all who want it:) laurafernando@...> wrote: Count me in with those who are trying to make diet changes to help their fibro. I am basically vegi, eating fish and chicken occasionally and red meat once in a great while. My down fall is cheese. Yum... ... cheese. I feel like Homer Simpson with his beer. I can't afford the really good stuff, so I buy mine at Aldi. It's yummy but filled with hormones and all the other bad stuff I'm sure. I'm going to see my psychiatrist tomorrow (depression/anxiety) and am going to tell her how I would like to go off meds and work with my diet to control my moods. She's pretty progressive, so I am looking forward to seeing what she has to say. I had an idea that I wanted to check out with the group. I always read little hints or whatever in the messages that I want to save, but when I try to look for it in the archive, I can never find it. What do you all think about creating a file or a database (these are features for Yahoo! groups) for our nutrition info. We can still write about it on messages, but this might be an easier place for us to find a quick hint. If everyone thinks this is a good idea, I volunteer to figure out the process and then let you all know how it works so that we can all use it. - ---------------------------------
