Guest guest
Ahhhh...I found a new one tonite... Maybe onto something here. My friend the farmer/greenhouse owner, stacked me up today with Zuccini, peppers, 4 flats of flowers (that I am just too tired to deal with today) and a veggie called Swiss Chard. You steam it like spinache, that is, only for a few seconds. Then you melt a small spot of margarine in a separate pot. Cut up some fresh garlic chunks and put it in the melted margarine. Take out the Swiss Chard and pour the margarine/garlic mix over it. That, is some good stuff. Sue chucks the garlic in the trash...I ate it too!
