I have a list of about 67 different meds/supplements that i've tried over the years (the strongest being darvocet), and nothing has helped, zoloft, elavil, desyrel....I would be better off flushing antidepressants, I don't feel depressed, I continue to take them, but probably not for long. ---Since i've been able to get out of bed for a few days out of the last 6 weeks, i've decided to take the kids to Cedar Point. I must be out of my mind, but my kids are 7 and 13 and the 7 year old has never been there. I'm getting a motel room with a whirlpool as close to the park as I can get, not sure whether I can ride the wicked twister or not...my husband is a weinie and won't ride anything like that. So, it's got to be me I guess......I sure do like punishment I guess. I'm going to call the doctor and ask for some 'real' pain pills like you suggested (on Mon), just to get me through the weekend. I have neck and ear pain, everytime I swallow I get big popping noises in my ears. And my ears feel like they itch on the inside? kmnewberry@... _________________________________________________________________ Send and receive Hotmail on your mobile device: http://mobile.msn.com ________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________ Message: 2 Date: Fri, 05 Jul 2002 12:20:49 -0000 From: " rabbiddanngel1 " Subject: Re: why the pain? , throat and ear pain , good luck at cedar point! That whirlpool sounds awfully nice right now Ear and throat...yup, me too. Not pain, but feels as if the glands are continuously swollen...have had docs check when I go in, they always say they are just fine tho. I get a lot of ear infections/sinus infections also, since I started having FMS symptoms and was diagnosed...I guess about a yr and a 1/2 now. also get skin and urinary infections during a flare.... weird. Hope the trip goes well, ! Mare > > I have neck and ear pain, everytime I swallow I get big popping noises in my > ears. So if you respond to the shots, you may want to try the cheaper amino stack. The lab work can still be done to monitor your progress. I did not, and would never, recommend the homepathic HGH - it's been proven by lab work not to work. In addition I don't believe in drinking " energized water " to try and replace a mineral or hormone. The two people I know who used the amino stack for FM responded marvelously; one also uses Immunocal. <<< As for Dr. Cheney and the Bovine growth factor, he was referring to it as a way to stimulate existing stem cells along with HGH injections to repair axis damage so people with low HGH can start producing normal levels on their own, as a way to wean themselves off the injections. >>> I think that by inducing your own production rather than by using shots, you would get that reaction going faster. It's been proven that after a secretagogue session, natural HGH production is measurably increased, indicating it can be restored by using a secretagogue. best regards, Duncan > earth_tiger " > Subject: Re: Cheney on Growth Hormone and Bovine Growth Factors > > Hi Duncan, > I've been reading a lot of the stuff you've posted about HGH and > benefits and all of my symptoms would fit along with low or no > levels. Guest guest
Well, itchy ears is a sign of allergies. However, with pain it can be an ear infection worthy going to doctor for or if you are clenching at night. Ringing in the ears can be caused by meds. I had to stop taking Neurontin due to the rining. Itchy can also be a sign of tinnitus. The pain could cause ringing in the ears if you have a fluid in your ear. I had to stop taking Neurontin too because I have tinnitus and it was making it worse. You can get tinnitus on a temporary basis if you take NSAIDS. It should stop when you quit taking the medication. You need to see an ENT doctor.
