Guest guest
Marna, I don't know about brain fog, but I do know that these two antibiotics make me tired as if I haven't slept in a week. I guess that would make it hard to think straight as well. Guest guest
Marna, If it came to a choice between the risk of " brain fog " and dying from sepsis associated with an uncontrolled infection of the bile-duct (ascending bacterial cholangitis), I would take the " brain fog " risk any day! Guest guest
 I suspect there is a risk / benefit curve associated medicine, supplements, vitamin and food. I know I have side effects from URSO (I can take with food or without) and if I stop taking it my LFT numbers rise, but others get side effects (itching and/or upset stomach). I wonder what percentage of people do get side effects from CIPRO? Again when I was on it I only saw benefit (skyrocketing LFTs quickly brought down). I suspect some people will also have bad side effects to IV GLUTATHIONE. I wish there was a central data bank that listed every kind of medicine, what benefits are seen by what percentage of takers and what side effects are seen by what percentage of takers.  Ian

Guest guest
The Physician's Desk Reference (PDR) is a book listing all medications and has some information but possibly not what you are looking for. Be sure to get the most current. Many libraries have it in the reference section and certainly a hospital library has it and every doctor's office. It also has a version online.
